

ABOUT ME.
Hello, my name is Zachary Rickets. So what is my story you may ask?
Well to start I have always been the fat kid, I have always over eaten, I have always eaten more than most people. I was constantly made fun of for being fat. It was not only at school, but at home also. I have always hated the way I looked, I have never gotten compliments on the way I had looked. My experience with people has always been they're going to make fun of me for being fat so I am just not going to talk to people to make it easier on myself.
One day something just clicked in my brain to cut added sugar I have no idea what it was that was telling me to do that, but it was something I could not ignore any longer. I WAS TIRED OF BEING THE FAT KID/GUY EVERYONE MADE FUN OF! So I got to work to cutting added sugar in the most efficient way possible, I failed so many times coming up with recipes and other alternatives to cut as much refined sugar as possible. I started with the goal of getting my refined sugar intake to under 25 grams a day. Fast forward, now I barely consume 10 grams of refined sugar a day.
So you might be asking.... why refined sugar? Well you probably would have guessed I was consuming well over a 12 pack of full sugar soda a day. Plus candy, sugary condiments, etc. So that was my main problem I could not put it down. It was like crack to me. Now I don't look at those sugary foods the same way, now I just look at them with disgust.
Now I am on my way to the physique I had dreamed of being the fat kid. I always compared myself to the other people in my class of why can't I have abs, why do I have a belly, while other people don't have signs of them and they're the same age?
It was all because I was way over consuming calories.
WHAT IS MY MISSION?
Longevity
I want people to be able to do this program, not only to be able to reach their goals. But also to make new goals along the way while being able to keep the weight off for the rest of their lives.
PROMOTING SELF WORTH
I want people to find their self worth & feel like they can do anything they can put their mind to. I want them to achieve not only their fitness goals, but also their personal goals. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I was meant to be fat, then get fit to help people just like me.
MAKE WEIGHT LOSS EASY AS BREATHING
I want people to be able to lose weight without even realizing their losing weight. I want it to be so easy for them that they don’t even think about it.
